All users benefiting from our services through our website have the right to the protection of their personal data. Within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, stored, and used.

As a user, you may request that your data be updated, corrected, or deleted. You may also request information about the purpose of processing your data and its sharing with third parties.

### User Rights within the Scope of KVKK

Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have various rights regarding your personal data. These rights are the legal rights granted to you as the data subject, and as Reklam Atölyesi, we take all necessary measures to facilitate the exercise of these rights.

Among the rights you have within the scope of the KVKK are the rights to access, correct, delete, or anonymize your data, to be informed about the purpose of processing your data, to request information about its sharing with third parties, and to data portability.

### Data Access and Correction Rights

You have the right to access your personal data. Within this right, you can request detailed information about which of your personal data is processed, the purpose of processing, the processing period, and the sharing with third parties. You can also request that your data, which is incorrect or incomplete, be corrected.

Your data correction requests will be evaluated and the necessary corrections will be made within a maximum of 30 days. If the corrected data has been shared with third parties after the correction process, they will also be informed.

### Data Deletion and Anonymization Rights

You may request the deletion or anonymization of your personal data. This right can be used when there is no longer a purpose for processing your data. Your data deletion requests will be evaluated taking into account the legal retention periods.

After the data deletion process, if the deleted data has been shared with third parties, they will also be informed and the deletion of the data will be requested. Anonymization refers to the processing of data in a way that does not identify the person.

### Exercising Rights and Communication

To exercise your rights within the scope of the KVKK, you can reach us through our communication channels. Your requests will be evaluated after your identity is verified and will be answered within a maximum of 30 days. If your request is rejected, the reason will be stated and you will be reminded that you have the right to appeal.

The exercise of your data subject rights is free of charge. However, if your request is unfounded or excessive, a reasonable fee may be charged. When exercising your rights, you must submit the necessary documents for identity verification.
